We can help with technology! Let Wheelock Branch staff help you learn about library technology, to solve online challenges, or to troubleshoot your personal computers and digital devices. We can work together to do things like: solve specific technology issues; improve your use of the library's computers and printers; learn computer and software skills; access library services like Libby, LinkedIn Learning, Mango Languages, Kanopy, our research databases and more! No registration required, but limited capacity. Wheelock Branch will assist people in the order of their arrival. Because time and staff are limited, it is often easier to work on specific issues and focused learning goals. Staff can help narrow your focus. Some challenges may require multiple sessions. If you need help right away, explore Tacoma Public Library's always available online computer learning and assistance resources as well as the free DigitalLearn online courses available from the Public Library Association.
