Get a glimpse of what it’s like to live downtown! Join Downtown Joplin Alliance for its fourth Downtown Loft Tour, which showcases historic properties available to rent or buy in the downtown area. This “open house-style”, self-guided tour will take you into some of downtown’s most fascinating properties—some fully furnished and occupied, others still in the process of renovation! Standard tickets grant entry to all properties on the tour, as well as a guidebook. Separate tickets are also available for the Tip Top Toast: A VIP Reception Under the Stars on the roof of the historic Columbian Building, where patrons can enjoy live music, signature cocktails, and catered small plates. This is a rain or shine event—no refunds given. All proceeds benefit Downtown Joplin Alliance. Tickets are available online at eventeny.com/events/2026-downtown-lofts-tour-18798.
