Give DJ Red-I three hours and the records can travel a long way. Cleveland DJ, producer and record collector Brittany Benton is known for sets that move through hip-hop, house, funky breaks and Afro-Caribbean sounds. She is also half of the hip-hop duo FreshProduce, founder of Cleveland producer showcase Beat Freak and owner of Brittany’s Record Shop, which she opened in 2018 with a focus on hip-hop, reggae and soul. For this DJ Red-I Cleveland set, we’re giving a serious Cleveland selector the room on a Saturday afternoon. Come ready to hear where she takes it. Food and drinks are available throughout the set.
