About this event
Come have fun creating a customizable, but not-too-spooky, paper Halloween village. This will look very nice on a shelf, especially if it is backlit with electric lighting. This paper village can easily fold for storage. Hand Mobility/Dexterity - This program requires a moderate level of manual dexterity and the ability to work independently.
