About this event
Makerspace, First Floor. Assemble a mini-guitar amplifier while learning about some basic electronic components and soldering skills. Prior soldering experience is not required but is helpful. The finished project is a mini-guitar amp that can work with the built-in speaker or headphones, powered by a 9v battery. All participants who will use soldering equipment in the Makerspace must sign a waiver. Those under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. This program will be two sessions on two different days. Attendance at both sessions is required. Registering is only required for the first session. Participants will be automatically registered for the second session on Sunday, September 6th, 12:30-2:30pm Ages 15 and older. Ages 13 to 15 with a participating adult. Please register.
