Meeting Room, Hollis Social Library. Event Description: Get more plants from the garden you already have! Many plants that come back every year can be divided to share or to augment other areas of your landscape. This workshop will teach you which perennials you can divide, how to do it and which ones are best left alone! Dividing perennials is good for your garden and saves you money. The program will also include some tips for planting and saving bulbs like daffodils, tulips, elephant ears, dahlias and calla lilies. Speaker Bio: Laura Kozel has been a Master Gardener since 2009. She is a citizen scientist with many passions including native plants and improving biodiversity. She is currently promoting and supporting people who are converting a portion of their lawn to meadows or who are trying to add native plants to their existing landscapes. Who Can Attend: This event is for ages 16 . Registration Details: Please register each person attending. When Can I Register? Registration is open.
