Dissolve Attachments Workshop

This is a workshop to support those going through a transition in their life where they would like assistance in letting go of anything toxic in their lives. I will lead a guided meditation and energy healing segment, followed by a discussion of various ways to cleanse and clears yourself and environment. Whether you have patterns or behaviors you want assistance letting go of, are going through a divorce, or any other situation where you are working to recover and reconnect with yourself— this offering is meant to help support your on your healing journey.
