In our next discussion, we'll talk about what it means to "be present and and how we can stay grounded there while still planning for the future. If you had to describe "being present" in one word, what would it be and why that word? 2. Do you think being present is the absence of thought, or a different relationship with thought altogether?" 3. Is happiness rooted more in presence, or in the confidence we have about tomorrow? 4. What has constant connectivity really done to us, made us more present-focused, or more anxious about tomorrow? 5.
