About this event
This wellness program consist of a series of classes that include learning, demonstrations, physical activity and tasting healthy foods. The program's focus is to help individuals learn strategies to lessen the health risks of diabetes. You will increase knowledge about healthy foods learn new cooking techniques, and more. Every Friday, October 30th, November 6th, 13th and 20th. One 15.00 fee pays for all four sessions.
