DIG’s Cocktails & Castoffs

A food-focused fundraiser celebrating DIG’s first twenty years of farmer-led impact. In partnership with the National Western Center, this signature evening supports locally-rooted food systems which restore health and dignity, build resilience, and strengthen local ownership. Guests will enjoy signature drinks and curated bites inspired by DIG (Development in Gardening) farmers’ gardens in Kenya, Uganda, and Senegal. The evening will feature a dynamic conversation around the intersection of food, culture, and sustainability, and highlight how farmer-led solutions are strengthening local food systems in a rapidly changing world climate.
