**Enjoy some out door nature time and company Leave your phone behind …Run club, stretch session at the end (bringing your mats), bachata social at the end….Stay for the run & stretch or join in on the bachata at 11 am** **Those who are coming. We plan the walk/ jog/ run at 10 am. This is self paced and everyone does their own thing together or by themselves If you show up after 10 am the host will be most likely be running and cant respond to mesages, just join in walk/ jog/ run around the lake.
