About this event
Join us on Mondays from 6-7:30 pm to learn skills to control diabetes and reduce associated health risks. This program is designed to help adults with pre-diabetes and diabetes, with each class focused on a different topic. Sessions: September 14 - Understanding the Human Body September 21 - Diabetes Risk Factors and Complications October 5 - Nutrition Education and Meal Planning October 12 - Importance of Physical Activity October 19 - Managing Stress October 26 - Diabetes Medications
