Topics covered in sessions include navigating your device; accessing library WIFI; adjusting device settings; downloading, deleting and updating apps; accessing your existing email account (Required: username and password) and launching the internet. A staff member may refer you to a class if you require in-depth assistance such as, but not limited to, setting up an email account, editing photos and videos, performing internet research, entering personal information and purchasing items online. Please note: some inquires may require further research, so we may not be able to answer every question. Session time is limited to 20 minutes.
