Take a moment to leave the outside world behind and arrive fully in the present moment. 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM Slow Yoga for Reset & Grounding with Elham Begin your Detox Sunday with a slow, gentle, and deeply relaxing yoga practice. Through mindful movement, grounding, breath, and presence, we create space to slow down and reconnect with the body and nervous system. Accessible to everyone — no yoga experience necessary. 12:00 – 1:00 PM Meditation Walk Reconnect • Breathe • Be Present Step outside and reconnect with the natural world. Through mindful walking, breathing, and moments of stillness, allow yourself to slow down and become more present. Nature gives us an opportunity to pause, shift our attention, and create space for a renewed sense of clarity and connection. 1:00 – 2:00 PM Nourishing Lunch Enjoy a nourishing meal in the peaceful surroundings of Lake Osceola Retreat. Tea, healthy snacks, and beverages will be available throughout the day. 2:00 – 3:00 PM Restorative Sound Healing Calm • Release • Receive Allow yourself to rest deeply and simply receive. Soothing sounds and vibrations create a peaceful environment for relaxation, reflection, and nervous-system rest. Lie back, breathe, listen, and let yourself be supported by the experience. 3:00 – 4:00 PM Personal Time & Journaling Reflect • Release • Renew A quiet hour just for you.
