Possible use cases include: * Lead qualification * Customer onboarding * Proposal preparation * Meeting follow-up * Content repurposing * Internal reporting * Customer-support triage * Founder productivity * Other repetitive workflows in your own business Rather than jumping straight into tools, we’ll start with the business problem. ### You’ll define: **Purpose** — What specific job should the agent perform? **Trigger** — What causes the workflow to begin? **Inputs** — What information, documents, or context does it need? **Workflow** — What steps should it complete? **Human Review** — Where should judgment stay with a person? **Escalation Points** — When should the agent stop and ask for help? **Success Measures** — How will you know whether it is actually working? *** ## What You’ll Leave With By the end of the two-hour sprint, you’ll have an: ### **Implementation-Ready AI Agent Brief** Not simply a list of ideas.
