Derpycon

DerpyCon is the annual meeting of Society of the Preservation of Pop Culture, Inc., a 501(c)3 educational non-profit organization to educate and celebrate the intersection of anime, sci-fi, gaming, and comics through an event that promotes inclusivity and understanding of these popular culture forms, fostering a community of passionate and informed enthusiasts. DerpyCon was founded in 2012, which brings anime, gaming, sci-fi, comics, and much more to the north east each October. The convention held its first event in 2014, welcoming more than 700 attendees to Morristown, NJ; since then, the event has more than doubled in size – both attendee wise & space wise – including moving to New Brunswick, NJ in 2021 to continue to grow. We make it to the convention every year to enjoy the content and provide content! The staff of BNYC are going to be hosting panels/workshops this year at the convention. [PANELS/WORKSHOPS WILL BE LISTED AS APPROVED]
