Living with a mental illness can hurt. You are not alone. With our in-person support groups, you’ll receive compassion from those who understand. Because we’ve been there. We create a comfortable atmosphere to share. There is hope. **Our Support Groups** • empower those struggling with mental illness • provide the hopeful message that recovery is possible • educate the public • take a gentle stand against stigma **Our Mission** Our vision is one of hope. Together we strive for wellness and recovery. We seek to decrease isolation and promote unity, to decrease stigma and promote advocacy and to foster an environment filled with compassion. We meet every Thursday at 7pm. Social hour follows group. Don't pay attention to the rsvp's.
