Delightful Drumming: Your Heartbeat Circle Step into the rhythm of your own heartbeat and join our CommUNITY of humans ready to discover the joy of drumming. No experience required! Tuesday, October 6th from 6-7pm Register Here! Each month, we’ll gather in a safe, supportive, and loving circle where the beat of the drum becomes a bridge to connection. Connection with yourself, with one another, and with Mother Earth, the stars, the moon and anything your heart desires. You’ll learn rituals, gentle chanting, mantras, and playful rhythms, and you’ll explore the power of djembes, frame drums, and a variety of percussion instruments and your voice! This is not about “getting it perfect.” This is your time to let go, have fun, and let the rhythms restore your body, uplift your spirit, and bring delight to your soul. Together, we’ll create magic that grounds us, energizes us, and reminds us of the beauty of living in rhythm with life. ✨ Expect to: Learn simple beats and playful rhythms Chant and sing together in joy and harmony Connect deeply with your own heartbeat Feel grounded, energized, and renewed Bring your curiosity, your open heart, and your willingness to play! Join the Circle Here! Your Delightful Drumming Circle Facilitators Kare Nuttall & Nicole Vienneau Kare Nuttall has been in the teaching world for nearly 5 decades! Her passion is around guiding others in the music world, Reiki healing and teaching, life coaching, and spiritual advising. Her training as a Reiki Master/Teacher helped bring her to a place of wholehearted living for herself which led to helping others do the same.
