About this event
Please join us in celebrating the 30 years our building has been a library! Our celebration will feature two musical acts, a Balinese gamelan chamber ensemble (gender wayang) and a Zimbabwean mbira performance. The celebration will also feature an instrument "petting zoo," including instruments from all over the world, both ancient and contemporary, for the entire program. This program is made possible by a partnership with the Center for World Music and the generous support of the Del Mar Foundation.
