About this event
2nd Floor Meeting Room. Discover the unnatural causes of death suffered by some buried in Greene County cemeteries. Registration is required. --- Death by Misadventure discusses the unnatural causes of death that some Greene County individuals have suffered. Not illness, not decline, but a variety of other circumstances can lead to the reason history is written in the past tense: most of its actors have met their ends. Catherine Wilson retired Executive Director of the Greene County Ohio Historical Society, presents the topic through newspaper research and photos of graves throughout the county, focusing primarily on the 19th century. Registration is required.
