An Open Mic Night with a theme of letters! Have an old letter from a relative, a creative letter you’ve written, a favorite letter from an author, or even a rejection letter? Share a letter aloud or listen to those that do at this Open Mic Night! Please no R rated material. Readers will have 5-10 minutes to read based on sign-ups. Spots are first come, first served. This program is inspired by the novel The Correspondent by Virginia Evans. This event is part of Joplin Public Library’s Joplin Reads Together program. Free and open to the public.
