**🚂 Day Trip to Raleigh: Chocolate, Dim Sum & Art!** Ready for an adventure? Join us for a fun-filled day trip to Raleigh, NC — all aboard the Amtrak Piedmont! We'll roll out of Charlotte bright and early, catch up over conversation (or games!) on the ride up, and land in Raleigh ready to explore. First stop: **Videri Chocolate Factory**, where we'll get a free self-guided tour of the bean-to-bar process and plenty of samples along the way (fair warning — you *will* want to buy a bar or three). From there, it's a short stroll to **Brewery Bhavana** for lunch — think dim sum, craft beer, and a gorgeous bookshop/flower shop vibe all in one spot. After we're fueled up, we'll rideshare over to the **North Carolina Museum of Art** to wander the free permanent collection (5,000+ years of art and 164 acres of park, if you want to stretch your legs outside too). Then it's back to the train for the ride home, arriving in Charlotte early evening. **📅 Saturday, September 5** **🕕 Meet:** 6:15 AM at the Charlotte Amtrak Station (1914 N. Tryon St) — look for our green flag! **🚆 Depart Charlotte:** 6:45 AM → Arrive Raleigh 10:20 AM **🚆 Depart Raleigh:** 3:45 PM → Arrive Charlotte 7:06 PM **The Day (tenatively):** * 10:35 AM — Videri Chocolate Factory (free tour!) * 12:00 PM — Lunch at Brewery Bhavana * 1:35 PM — NC Museum of Art (free!) * 2:50 PM — Head back to the station **💵 Heads up:** Everyone books their own round-trip train ticket in advance about $60 round trip(seats fill up fast!).
