Day off Discovery – Fire Prevention Month Friday, October 23⋅3:30 – 5:30pm “When school’s out, curiosity takes over!”🧠 We’re refreshing Day Off Discovery for 2026–2027 with a new focus on career exploration through hands-on experiences. Held on select no-school days throughout the year, each event will feature a new theme and connect kids with local professionals, organizations, and careers. From firefighters and pilots to engineers, artists, entrepreneurs, and athletes, kids will get to meet real professionals, try hands-on activities, and discover where their interests could take them! 🎟️ Free with Museum Entrance Ticket. Theme: Minot Fire Department – Fire Prevention Month Career: Fire Fighter Meet local firefighters, explore the fire truck and equipment, and what it takes to become a firefighter.
