About this event
Dorothy Pisel Meeting Room. Come and discover the art of sewing or work on your own personal projects! We’ll start with a beginner-level lesson on creating a cozy microwaveable handwarmer, covering hand-sewing skills such as the whipstitch or the slipstitch. After, we’ll have open sewing machine time to craft your handwarmer or work on something else. Need to fix a tear or hem something but not sure how? We’re here to help! This event is appropriate for people age 9 and up.
