This is a judgment-free zone where movement meets joy. Here's the flow: 🔸 Light warm-up & stretch 🔸 Easy-to-follow, flowy movements 🔸 Groove to uplifting music with simple, fun choreography 🔸 Relaxing cool-down to leave you refreshed and empowered Expect a blend of modern, jazz, hip-hop, and cardio moves, all designed to help you sweat, smile, and feel amazing! 📍 What to bring: ✅ Comfortable clothes & supportive shoes ✅ Water (and a mat if you'd like, for stretching) 👯 Who can join?
