Curated Pairings: Egypt — Along the Nile Join us at Bluenose Gopher Public House for an evening of flavors, stories, and hospitality inspired by the timeless cuisine of Egypt. Our next Curated Pairings dinner will be held Sunday, August 30 at 6:00 p.m. and will take guests on a culinary journey through the tastes and traditions of the Nile Valley. PURCHASE TICKETS Your evening begins with a Hibiscus of the Pharaohs welcome cocktail (or mocktail), followed by: Course 1: The Pharaoh’s Table — A Taste of Egyptian Mezze Warm pita wedges, marinated olives, and baba ganoush Course 2: The Gardens of the Nile — A Fresh Harvest Salad Chickpeas, cucumber, tomato, red onion, parsley, fresh mint, lemon, olive oil, cumin, and crumbled feta Course 3: The Spice Route of Cairo — Shawarma of the Nile Seasoned chicken with garlic, coriander, cumin, paprika, and lemon, served with saffron rice and garlic yogurt sauce Course 4: Sweet Treasures of the Pharaohs — A Golden Dessert Finale Baklava served with vanilla bean ice cream and fresh berries Schedule: 6:00 p.m. — Cocktails and socializing 6:30 p.m. — Dinner served Tickets are $45 per person and seating is limited.
