Hands-On Experience Classes are fully immersive, allowing participants to actively prepare each dish. Instruction covers a variety of cooking methods, flavor-building techniques, and plating strategies. Guests receive all ingredients, recipe cards to recreate dishes at home, and three hours of guided instruction to fully explore the culinary process. Wine Pairing Each session concludes with the opportunity to enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared, complemented by a glass of Chateau Elan wine. Our culinary and sommelier teams collaborate to pair wines that highlight and elevate the flavors of each dish, creating a sophisticated and memorable tasting experience.
