Legendary chefs like Anthony Bourdain, Rocco DiSpirito, Duff Goldman, and Anne Burrell are just a few of its notable alumni. Join us for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes experience at the CIA, including a private dining experience at the renowned Bocuse French Restaurant, set on the stunning campus overlooking the Hudson River. Your day will also include a short tour of the CIA campus, an exceptional multi-course meal, and a visit to the historic Franklin D. Roosevelt Mansion and Presidential Library. NYSN founder Dave Cervini will be your host for the day. What to Expect Transportation: Take the 8:55am train from Grand Central to Poughkeepsie, NY, or drive and meet the group at the Poughkeepsie train station at 10:57am sharp. Lunch at the CIA: Enjoy a three-course meal in a private dining room at American Bounty Restaurant (menu below). Campus Tour: Dave will lead a guided walk through the CIA campus, including select restaurants and classrooms, while sharing the school’s rich history. FDR Historic Site: After lunch, we’ll head to the Franklin D. Roosevelt Mansion and Presidential Library for a guided tour. Return to NYC: Transportation will be provided back to the Poughkeepsie train station for a relaxing return to NYC. Latest departure: 5:52pm.
