Culinary Class: Cooking Easy Meals

Join the library and Horizons, A Family Service Alliance to learn how to make easy, affordable meals with low-cost ingredients. Attendees will learn how to make various dishes, sample the results, and take home a meal kit with all necessary ingredients to make the meal. Meal kits serve 4 - 5 individuals and will also be available for pickup after class; please visit with staff for details. Meal is Use-It-Up Stew and Skillet Bread.
