As the season begins to slow and change, join certified yoga instructor Toni for a calming, immersive sound experience designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and find a little more balance. Autumn is a natural time to turn inward, let go of what you no longer need, and settle into a gentler rhythm. The morning will begin with a few gentle stretches to awaken the body before settling into a long savasana, or resting pose. From there, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, creating a meditative experience that encourages deep relaxation, stress relief, and a grounded sense of calm. ✨ Why a Sound Bath? Sound baths use frequency and vibration to help quiet the mind, release tension, regulate the nervous system, and promote a state of deep rest.
