Class Duration: 2 hours Age Requirements: 13-Adult Recommended Prerequisite: Crochet - In The Round Required Skills: Someone who can follow most patterns with ease, is able to read stitches and charts, and to whom working in the round is no longer a challenge. Materials Fee: None Out of District Fee: $10 (includes class and materials fees) Required Materials: Students must bring the following materials to complete the project: Pattern: Provided in class Yarn: light weight yarn #3 - 1 ball or (4.2 oz/120 g; 254 yds/232 m) Hook: Size U.S. E/4 (3.5 mm) crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge. Note: Crochet skills are necessary to be successful in this class. New to crochet? Check out Let's Crochet Level 1. Level Description Beginner Someone who grasps the most basic stitches and can finish simple patterns with aid. Confident Beginner Someone who easily handles standard stitches and can follow simple patterns. Intermediate Someone who can follow most patterns with ease, is able to read stitches and charts, and to whom working in the round is no longer a challenge. Advanced Someone who can adjust patterns to their own preferences, substitute yarn, and produce neat results consistently in flat, round, lace, and three-dimensional projects.
