Creative Writing: As a Tree - SilverKite Workshop

Often there's been a tree in our lives. It may've been a mango tree in your front yard, or an old tree hollow you made a fort out of. It might've been a giant redwood, or one that volunteered to grow in your gutter. In this workshop we'll explore our experiences with trees through writing. Participants will receive prompts which help recall sensory details of their special tree and the world they shared with it to create a short piece of reflective writing. Presented by a SilverKite Community Arts teaching artist.
