Creative Journal Making Workshop with Josephine

This is a fun, uplifting, and creative experience designed to help you slow down, reflect, and express gratitude through both words and art. No artistic or journaling experience is needed! Each participant will receive a journal and affirmation card, along with all the creative supplies needed. Josephine will guide you through a brief presentation on journaling and gratitude and then lead you in creating personalized journal pages using magazine images, words, artwork, and other creative materials. You'll leave with a beautiful journal you can continue using at home to document gratitude, positive thoughts, memories, and personal reflections. Come ready to create, reflect, and discover the joy of putting your thoughts on paper!
