Join us for Cooking in Color, a new cooking class series exploring the culinary rainbow one color at a time. For our first class, we’re seeing red—in the best way. From roasted beets and piquillo peppers to raspberries and cherries, you’ll create a monochromatic menu that proves cooking with a single color doesn’t mean sacrificing flavor. Whether you’re looking to impress at your next dinner party or simply get more creative in the kitchen, you’ll leave with plenty of colorful inspiration.
