About this event
Meeting Room. Join us as we welcome Remakery Tacoma for this instructor-led session where we will learn how to make crochet rag rugs! We will use t-shirt yarn and cut up textiles as the bulk of the rug and will learn how to connect it all by crocheting around the yar with a basic crochet stitch. During this event you can learn the process, start a rug, and take home additional materials to complete your rug. This project is a basic introductory project and is good for anyone who can use a crochet hook. It is recommended that anyone under 14 attends with an adult for additional help. All materials and supplies are provided at this free event. Materials are post-consumer meaning they have been donated, recycled or reclaimed This is a drop-in event. No registration is required. Supplies and table space are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
