Inspired by the Amazing Kite Festival in Guatemala, kiddos will create traditional kites to honor loved ones. Local folk artist Rachel-Anne Palacios will lead this craft. For children of all ages and abilities, and their caregivers. Generously sponsored by the Friends of the Pleasant Hill Library.
