The Friends of RPL Community Room. Have some old Halloween costumes you're willing to part with? Exchange them for something new at the library! Costumes for all ages are welcome: from babies to adult! How it works: Bring one or more costumes to exchange on the day of the event. Size tags are helpful. Bringing a costume is encouraged but not required.
