About this event
Zoom Events Account. The Fibonacci sequence is a series of numbers that was popularized in Europe by an Italian mathematician known as Fibonacci in 1202. A wide variety of artistic and natural phenomena have been discovered which approximate the numbers in the Fibonacci Sequence. This talk, presented by Bob Beabout of the Cornell Cooperative Extension, will describe some of these instances, and speculate on why so many things in nature seem to follow the inherent mathematics. Registration is required in order to receive the Zoom link. Presented by our friends at the Pittsford Community Library. Henrietta Public Library is committed to creating inclusive and accessible events.
