Cooking the Books - Thanksgiving Side Dishes

Sign up to join our cookbook club! Each quarter, we explore a new theme or ingredient while diving into recipes found using one of the library’s many free resources. Prior to the meeting, find a recipe that matches the theme. Bring your completed dish and the recipe resource you used to the meeting and enjoy sampling creations while discussing culinary tips, tricks, and inspiration with fellow attendees. This month’s theme is Thanksgiving side dishes! At each meeting, every participant will receive a booklet with the recipes we are sampling. If you would like your recipe to be included, please submit it to either cnoble@bettendorf.org or ckennedy@bettendorf.org by the Wednesday before the meeting. Please note any adult aged 18 and up is welcome to participate in this book club, though some online recipe resources may be limited to Bettendorf Library cardholders.
