Aquilli Metzli and the GLC Present: Memelitas Workshop Join us for a hands-on workshop where you will learn how to make memelitas. Memelitas are oval corn masa cakes, lightly crisped and traditionally topped with beans, salsa, and simple savory ingredients. This is a free workshop open to all. No registration is required. Simply show up and enjoy the experience. All materials will be provided, and you will get to enjoy eating your creation.
