Cook the Book! Cortez Cookbook Club

***Registration is required*** Discover new flavors and cooking inspiration at our monthly cookbook club. Prepare a recipe at home from the selected cookbook, then bring your finished dish to share and discuss with the group. All skill levels welcome. September's Cookbook: BAKING ACROSS AMERICA by B. Dylan Hollis Copies will be available for checkout. Call to confirm availability or place a hold online or through Libby for the eBook. Choose a recipe from the book, then add your dish to the sign‑up clipboard at the library. You may also call 210‑207‑9130 or email melissa.carroll@sanantonio.gov to let us know your selection so we can avoid duplications. Please note: Participants are encouraged to bring their own utensils, plates, serving utensils, and to‑go containers. We cannot guarantee that any dishes will be allergen‑free; please use caution if you have food allergies or sensitivities and inform the group of any relevant allergies. Alcohol is not permitted.
