Come join us at the "NEW" CONNECTIONS Gathering at PsychPlus: TWO EVENTS: **1st & 3rd Friday - 11:00 am - 12:15 pm.** We have a fun mix of people at each Gathering and the conversation and stories are interesting and inspiring. There is no fee to attend and Everyone is Welcome! CONNECTIONS Central harnesses the power of meaningful conversation and personal story sharing to connect people, build relationships, and strengthen community ties. It’s a great opportunity to have fun, meet new people, hear different perspectives, learn from others, and enjoy sharing about your own life. Be prepared to leave motivated and inspired! No reservation is required. Just show up and enjoy the Gathering. 2. Gatherings last 60 to 90 minutes. 3. You will be joining 5 to 12 people from your community, some of whom may also be attending for the first time. 4. People will be sharing stories from their life experiences and engaging in meaningful conversation. You are welcome to just sit and listen or join in when you feel like talking. 5. Each Gathering has a Facilitator. The Facilitator will: * Kick things off with some simple guidelines like – “We ask everyone to listen with an open-mind, and share with an open-heart. We steer away from polarizing topics, such as politics and religion. You are welcome to just listen, or jump in when you feel like it.” * Go around the table and have everyone share their first name * Present three topics/ questions as options for the conversation.
