#### Sign-Up We will create time for introductions, setting ground rules to ensure everyone's comfort, 2 or 3 "authentic relating" or somatic exercises and a little snack. "Authentic Relating (AR) is a set of practices, games and exercises designed to foster genuine, vulnerable and meaningful connections by reducing small talk and promoting present-moment awareness. It enhances emotional intelligence, empathy, and conflict resolution by encouraging participants to share true feelings and navigate interpersonal dynamics." (ART International). Responses from previous sessions; "needed, warm, safe, welcoming, generous, inviting, varied, exploring, grateful, grounding, calm, fulfilling, inspiring, comforting, thought-provoking, interesting, peaceful, friendly, vulnerable, connected, seen and supportive" Doors close and we start promptly at 6:30.
