Neal Francis is 21 and up Prohibited Items & Rules Prohibited Items: Outside alcohol, drugs, explosives, coolers, glass, chairs, pets, and jerks. If you have a bag, please be prepared for it to be inspected. No outside alcohol allowed. According to Maryland State Law, alcoholic beverages other than beer & cider we produce are not allowed to be consumed on our premises. Can I bring in my own water bottle? Empty water bottles or factory sealed water bottles are permitted. Glass water bottles are not allowed. We have self-serve water refill stations located at the end of each bar as well as next to the restrooms. Smoking and Vaping UNION Hall & Outside Beer Garden is a smoke-free area. Like in grade school, we ask that you smoke by the flagpole. Parking On site parking is limited. We highly recommend utilizing ride shares (Uber/Lyft) and public transportation (take the Light Rail and hop off at the Woodberry stop for a short walk!) to arrive and depart at UNION.
