About the Event Are you a music student with a concert coming up? We’ve got you covered! The Washington Center’s Concert Closet is a fun and friendly day for music students in grades 4-12 to get ready for their next band, orchestra, or choir concert. Browse racks of donated new and gently-loved concert attire – black pants, skirts, dress shirts, and more – all free to take home and make your own. Whether you’re just starting out, outgrowing last year’s look, or just want something fresh for your next performance, come find your perfect fit. Every student deserves to feel confident when they step on stage! Donations of gently used or new concert clothing are welcome. Clothing can be dropped off at the following locations before October 15: Washington Center: M-F 9:00-5:00 or at any ticketed event R.L. Ray Violin Shop: Tu-F 12:00-6:00, Sat 10:00-5:00 Olympia Arts & Wellness Building: starting September 16: M-F 4:00-9:00, Sat 9:00-12:00 Items needed: Black pants and skirts Black or white dress shirts and blouses Black belts, ties, and other accessories NEW black socks and tights Click here for more info on directions to the Washington Center in Olympia.
