Computer Basics & Microsoft Word 365 & 2024

In this 4-session series, participants will learn computer and Microsoft Word basics. ABC's of the PC: Explore the five primary operations of a computer, the history of the PC, Boot Up/Shutdown process, the motherboard, and more. A mouse and keyboard tutorial are included.Computers & Windows: A general overview of basic PC components such as computer functionalities and definitions for the computer desktop, computer hardware, software, and more. Participants will learn how to open/close programs, and how computers store data.Microsoft Word 365 & 2024: Create, open, format, and save documents. Use the spelling and grammar feature. Create a bulleted and numbered list. Cut, copy, and paste text. Select text, change text formats, adjust margins, and change page orientation. Class prerequisite - NONE
