This beginner-friendly class teaches you the basics of the Internet, including how it works, how to search effectively with keywords, and how to identify trustworthy results. You’ll learn about web browsers, search engines, and website organization, as well as important online safety tips for protecting your personal information. Ideal for those with little or no experience, this course will help you navigate the Internet confidently. Prerequisite: No prior Internet experience required. Basic mouse and keyboard skills are helpful (covered in Computer Basics I)
