About this event
On first, second, and fourth Sundays at 5 pm, a dedicated group meets in the Chapel of the Nativity to practice mindfulness and meditation. Join them in 30 minutes of sacred silence as they step alone into the Cloud of Unknowing from a variety of traditions. Return with them into the community, renewed by practice and recharged for the week ahead. On the third Sunday of the month, they meet in the Chapel of Grace to practice communal Lectio Divina.
