Join us for a hands-on zine-making workshop focused on sharing crucial, community-centered information ahead of the upcoming election. Whether you're breaking down how local government works, sharing resources, or highlighting issues that matter to your neighborhood, your voice belongs in print. Information is power. Let’s put it on paper. At this will learn the practice and art of zine making. You can design a page for a community zine, which we'll compile, copy and distribute locally. Or you can join and build a zine yourself. Learn how to fold, cut, and craft your own 8-page mini-zine to share on your own to the people and places that you think would benefit from this information. No art or writing experience required! We’ll provide the paper, scissors, glue, markers, and inspiration. Just bring your ideas and your passion for your community.
