Community Cleanup with Citizens' Climate Huntsville

Hey CCL Huntsville Cleanup Crew! It's been a minute since we've been here so we expect to fill a LOT of trash bags this week! CCL Huntsville is participating in Huntsville Green Team's Adopt-A-Mile. We adopted Wynn Drive between University and Adventist in early 2025. The Green Team supplies us the materials; you can just show up and do something good for the community, get some exercise, and build camaraderie :) Saturday October 24th, we will be hosting a community clean-up of Wynn Dr from 9 AM to 11 AM. We'll meet at [4845 University Square](https://maps.app.goo.gl/7KLQcqogzEGy4Wpr6) (nVision Systems building on Wynn Dr). You can park in parking lot on the north west corner of Wynn and University. The Green Team has supplied us with gloves, bags, and grabbers. Bring water and a hat/sunscreen, good shoes (it's fire ant season!), and trash grabbers if you have one. Please RSVP so we can make sure there are enough gloves / grabbers! And stay tuned-- we aim to do this every two months \~ Citizens' Climate Lobby (CCL) is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that empowers everyday people to bridge divides and build political will for effective climate solutions in Congress by enabling individual breakthroughs in the exercise of personal and political power.
